What am I: Quinta do Paço is a family property, with a total of twenty hectares, ten of which are dedicated to the vineyard and certified organic. This Quinta is home to Rodrigo Filipe and his Humus wines. Rodrigo is one of the pioneering and most experimental and exciting natural wine producers in Portugal. The winery is located in the demarcated region of Óbidos, between the Atlantic Ocean and the Serra dos Candeeiros mountains.
Humus Charlatão Tinto is 90% Castelão with 10% Syrah added. It has a 7-day maceration and is fermented in stainless steel tank. It stays in oak barrels for 12 months and then has a long time in bottle. Unfined and unfiltered with no added sulfites.
