Outeiros Altos

It is the result of regenerative agriculture practiced for more than 20 years, focused on the ecological integration of the vineyard in the agro-silvo-pastoral ecosystem of the Alentejo cork oak forest.The vineyards are rich in biodiversity, from indigenous grape varieties, in rocky hillside soils, in the microclimate of Serra d’Ossa, at 350 meters above sea level.
