What am I: The grapes for this vinho verde are sourced from a vineyard located in the valley of the river Lima, about 7 km from the Atlantic Ocean, with granite soil. Grapes were harvested by hand in mid-September and vinified by natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tank with controlled temperature.
This white wine brings together usually difficult to reconcile characteristics such as lightness, good body/structure, and complexity. It is deliciously fresh and mineral.
Delicious as an appetizer, along with a canapé or seafood. It also pairs raw fish in a flawless fashion (sushi, sashimi) and dishes of strong and exotic flavor.
